1. To ensure the cleanliness of the oil in the tank, the tank should be cleaned regularly and the dirt at the drain outlet should be removed. The first few times after the tank is put into operation, it is recommended that the user remove the filter block cover and clean the filter each time it is used. After using for a period of time, you should clean or replace the damaged filter element at any time based on high-quality cleanliness to avoid oil clogging or filter damage. In addition, the filter element must not be taken out during use, otherwise it will increase the wear or damage of the oil pump and flowmeter.

2. In order to prevent fire, tank trucks are not allowed to be used when the fire muffler or fire cap fails, the pipeline system or the tank body leaks, the floor mopping tape fails, or the ground wire is not connected. After the mopping tape is worn, loosen the pressure plate and pull out a section of the mopping tape to ensure that the tape is in good contact with the ground.

3. When the tank sedimentation tank is frozen due to the accumulation of water, it is not allowed to use open flame heating to defrost. The vehicle should be driven into a greenhouse or steam heated to defrost.

4. It is strictly forbidden to knock any part of the tanker with metal objects to avoid sparks and fire.

5. When working inside the tank, there should be someone outside the tank for protection. Workers in the tank should wear gas masks or use hoses to deliver fresh air into the tank.

6. In the process of loading and unloading oil on the ground, even if the working hours are short, it is not allowed to turn off the engine, in order to leave the scene or a dangerous situation immediately in an emergency.

7. Keep the air intake and exhaust of the vent valve unblocked. If the pump is used for unloading, the fuel filler cap on the upper cover must be opened first to prevent the tank from being deformed due to excessive pump flow.

8. When the refueling truck is in use, you should always check for abnormal noise in the refueling system, and observe the indications of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge at any time. If the engine is still running at medium speed for 4 minutes and there is still no oil pumped out, stop working immediately, check to find out the cause, and wait until the fault is eliminated before working.

9. Drivers and escorts must be familiar with the use of fire extinguishers, and should maintain and replace the fire extinguishers in time (see the fire extinguisher instruction manual for details).

10. When there is oil leakage or oil leakage in the tank and piping system, it is absolutely not allowed to use electricity or gas welding for repair welding without cleaning.

11. Filling quality

The filling quality is not allowed to exceed the rated load quality.

12. Light fuel oil special vehicle transportation vehicles should be used under the following conditions: The driving road grade shall not be lower than the fourth-grade pavement; the ambient temperature is -40℃~40℃; the relative air temperature is not more than 95% (normal temperature 25℃) .

13. For double or multi-storage tanks, each silo should maintain the same liquid level to prevent large deviations of the liquid level.

14. Precautions during storage and transportation

a. Equipped with drivers and escorts with transportation qualifications.

b. Check that the safety accessories are complete and work reliably.

c. Avoid fatigue driving.

d. Start with a balanced start, do not steer too fast, and use less sudden brakes during driving.

d. Check the condition of the vehicle frequently during driving to prevent loose parts and dripping of the vehicle.

15. Precautions for loading and unloading

a. Operators should wear anti-static clothing and shoes.

b. Use tools that do not produce sparks.

c. Operation should be prohibited in bad weather.

d. Pay attention to observation to prevent spillage.

e. If leakage is found, all valves should be closed immediately and removed from the loading and unloading place for repair.

f. If a fire occurs during liquid loading and unloading, all operations should be stopped immediately, the valve should be closed, the unaffected vehicle should be driven away, and the fire extinguishing operation should be implemented immediately.
