● Frame

The frame is mainly composed of beams-welded I-beams, supporting beams, connecting beams, side beams, locks, traction pin connecting devices, panels, etc.

The side beams are generally channel steel or bent parts. At present, most trailers use channel steel. There are more side beams for light-weight hanging parts because the requirements for strength are not too great. The supporting beams are through beams, and most of them are now W beams (the above picture shows W beams as through beams), and only 10# or more channel steel is used for heavy goods.

● Upper part

For the fence car, the upper part refers to the fence, gantry, etc. The fence is divided into flat plate and vertical corrugated board. Vertical corrugated board is a typical board with higher strength.

The gantry can also be called a "front stop". Generally, the manufacturer will be detachable if it is not specially required. Therefore, the gantry must be welded to the base of the gantry and add two diagonal pulls. .

● Traction pin

The traction pin is an important component that connects the semi-trailer with the tractor and bears the traction force, and is connected with the traction seat. It is generally forged from chromium alloy structural steel.

There are 50# traction pins and 90# traction pins for different cargo tonnages. Generally, the total weight of 50T trailer and cargo is limited. 50# pins are used for those below 50T, and 90# above 50T. 90# traction pins are used for insurance purposes.

● Suspension system

The general flatbed semi-trailer suspension is made of non-independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension, which is composed of tandem leaf springs and suspension supports to support the load and reduce the impact of the truck and cargo load.

Due to different uses of special vehicles, there are different requirements for suspension design. There are four commonly used suspensions: series-connected steel plate spring balanced suspension, single-point suspension, air suspension, rigid suspension (one line and two axles).

● Walking part

Semi-trailer axles are supporting bridges. The main domestic ones are Guangdong Fuhua Bridge, BPW Bridge, York Bridge and Onkyo. Among them, Guangdong Fuhua Bridge is the most popular. The axles are connected to the frame through leaf springs and tie rods and suspension devices. The force that supports and transmits loads between the frame and the wheels.

Electrical System

The electrical system of the trailer consists of seven-core sockets, cables, gas circuits, various lamps, etc., used for lighting, safety warnings, and air supply for brakes. Generally, you can basically know the quality of the factory by looking at the regularity of the electrical wiring.

Support device

The supporting device of the dump semi-trailer is mainly used to support the trailer when it is detached, and it is composed of outriggers, connecting brackets, etc. There are many brands, such as York, Passmark, Fuhua, Jost, etc. are all good legs, and there are many brands that cannot be seen, because this thing is too good to make and too simple, and generally not bad!

● Protective device

The trailer protection device is composed of side protection and rear protection to protect pedestrians and other vehicles from getting under the semi-trailer.
